Our journey with hounds
Our family shares an immense love for hound dogs! It's an incredible blessing and honor to be the first to love someone's future best friend. This deep affection for Basset Hounds and Mini Dachshunds inspired us to start RDR Hounds Mississippi, where we strive to bring joy and companionship to new families through our carefully raised puppies.
What makes our puppies special?
Our puppies are healthy, happy, and incredibly well-loved! They are smart, playful, and even learn how to use a doggy door before they join their new homes. We have twins who both contribute to raising our puppies in their own special ways. Our girl twin provides endless love, carries them around, pushes them in a stroller, and ensures they are accustomed to being around children. Our boy twin, who is autistic and non-verbal, helps by ensuring the puppies are used to lots of noises and silly antics. From the moment they are born, your puppy receives an abundance of love and care.
